On products from blocks of consecutive odd integers

We consider an equation for a question analogous to a conjecture of Hickerson for consecutive positive odd integers and give effective bounds for the solution of the equation under the explicit $abc$ conjecture. This is obtained by using estimates on lower bounds of the greatest prime factor of consecutive positive odd integers.
