Conjugacy class numbers and $p$-supersolvability of finite groups
Abstract:
Let $k(G)$ be the number of conjugacy classes of a finite group $G$. In this paper, we prove that $G$ is $p$-supersolvable if $|G|/k(G)$ is less than $9p^2/(p^2 +8)$.
